Matter of fact, quick, and painless The only waiting I had to experience at any point in the process was due to other customers. And to me, that's a good thing. Look at all these folks The only waiting I had to experience at any point in the process was due to other customers. And to me, that's a good thing. Look at all these folks that have come before me and they're walking out with smiles all around. Marshall Ford isn't a "long" distance, but it's not exactly in my backyard, either. Yet the trek I made was so worth it. Communication before my first visit was timely and thorough, as it was before my second/final visit. "Final" for this purchase, anyway. At no time did I ever feel pressured, and truly, whatever stereotype about new car sales that I had carried with me over the years was wiped away. As for equipment, the vehicle I purchased was on my earliest short list. After searching seriously for six weeks, I was led back to Marshall Ford. By this time, the price was even less than when I started looking, and the factory incentives were even better. And based on all the searching I did, I am confident in the price that I paid. If I were Goldilocks, I'd say it was just right. We drive vehicles a long time before considering replacements, so I'm not sure how soon we might find ourselves at Marshall Ford again. But I am pleased to recommend them to any and all interested in a new Ford. More
