This dealership pulled an extreme bait and switch. Car listed in the morning at $140000. We got to the dealership already approved through our credit union, they insisted on trying to get us a “better Car listed in the morning at $140000. We got to the dealership already approved through our credit union, they insisted on trying to get us a “better interest rate”.. but why did they go through the financial institution that we are already approved at? Before we came out I told the sales rep Cheng Pak that our credit union was not requiring a down payment and we expected the same if we went with their financing deal. The sales rep Chang Pak told us we were approved for the financing and we wouldn’t have to pay a down payment. I was talking to this person on the phone and texting from like 8:40 AM until 11:00 AM! Mind you.. IT IS THE SAME CREDIT UNION! We got there and the sales rep Chang Pak told us we needed to pay an additional $3,500 down? Also had the nerve to tell us that within the price they were charging us was the state required document fee of $499.. I found out the state does not require the buyer to pay $499. So many lies I don’t have enough room to type. I talked to the finance manager and some other person. It’s clear they have a dishonest way of doing business. We drove 40 minutes out of our way on a Friday evening to go through this nonsense. I do not recommend this dealership. More

I bought a vehicle from them cash and it's still at the dealership, haven't received a follow up call from the salesman and the status of my vehicle. Brandon did an excellent job keeping me informed while waiting for my new vehicle. Made the purchase a very pleasant experience. I mostly have worked with the previous Marshal Ford, now Clement Ford.
