Worst Ford service department I have ever been to. They don’t stand by their word or their work. And on top of it basically call you a liar. The ABSOLUTE WORST! !!!! It is almost 5 months and my car is still not legal because of this dealership! Finally got a title 4 months later but the title manager put 459, !!!! It is almost 5 months and my car is still not legal because of this dealership! Finally got a title 4 months later but the title manager put 459,000 miles on the back of the titles instead of 45900. So DMV would not license the vehicle. I call and the title manager hung up on me. Mike and Kevin NEVER return calls! More
I don't know how this dealership ever accomplishes a thing. The most incompetent deceitful dealership I've ever come across. In short I wait a year and a half for my Ford Maverick to finally be built an thing. The most incompetent deceitful dealership I've ever come across. In short I wait a year and a half for my Ford Maverick to finally be built and delivered. Ford says they delivered the vehicle on January 10th and the dealership will contact me. After several days I go to the dealership and the sales guy says it wasn't there. He would check on it and get back to me. Several days ago by I hear nothing. I call Ford customer service. They state absolutely the truck is at the dealer. It pings at the dealer and they signed for it. On the 24th the dealership finally admits signing for the vehicle but still claims they have no idea where it is. Obvious lie. Head of sales lies to me about not knowing anything about it. Ford suggests I call the general manager. No call back to this day. They say the next day it's been located in a rail yard in KC. But Ford says it pinged in at their dealership and it's been signed for. So another lie. Finally get a text a month after they sign for delivery. When I come it to buy the finance department says they won't honor the financing terms agreed to when I put the money down. Head of sales Lynn Downey at the time promised. Horrible dealership. Horrible customer service. Stay away if you're ordering. They will not live up to the terms they promise. They have deceitful practices. Obviously I do not recommend. I am going to contact the Missouri AG and BBB about this dealership. I suggest anyone else with problems do the same. More
We were pleased with our experience at Clement Ford! Blake Balkenbush was our salesman and I feel like he worked for us and not against us like I’ve experienced when purchasing a car before! He made the process easy and smooth, he was kind, very knowledgeable and dealt with our questions and concerns. All of our needs were met, Blake went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met!
