This was my first visit to Marshall Ford as I recently moved to Wentzville. Five stars for each of the 4 employees noted below. I greatly appreciated each of their efforts and professionalism. Service Adv moved to Wentzville. Five stars for each of the 4 employees noted below. I greatly appreciated each of their efforts and professionalism. Service Advisor Joe King was very friendly, professional and timely with his communications. My gut told me he was someone you could trust. I would personally request Joe for any future appointments. Mary Rehkopf called back shortly after having left her a voice message the next day. She promised me she would have Brian Bohannon call me when he returned the next day regarding an issue I had (with FordPass) and he called early the following day. On the day I picked up my vehicle, FordPass was down requiring me to use a credit card instead of earned FordPass points. Resolution was a lot more involved than you would think but Brian showed a strong willingness / desire to get it done. Monet Davis was extremely friendly and helpful answering and directing calls. I believe a friendly voice or greeting can change someone's day in a positive way. I came away thinking that this is a dealership that has a culture that cares about their customers and wants them to come back. More
