Upon reviewing your purchase of the 2019 Jeep in September of 2022, we found that the water pump issue was addressed and fixed at no charge to you. We understand your frustration regarding the warranty coverage, and we apologize for any confusion caused by the Canadian registration of the vehicle. During the purchase process, you were provided with a CarFax report, which clearly indicated that the vehicle was last owned in Ontario, Canada. Your signature can be found on the document, acknowledging this information. Additionally, the report also listed the originating dealership, the delivery pre-inspection date, and the odometer report. We strive to be transparent and provide all necessary information to our customers. Fast forward 14 months and now this is a problem that the vehicle originated from Canada. The purchased extended warranty did cover the cost of the new transmission.

The carfax was not given to us disclosing the Canadian registration until three weeks after I bought it. There was no disclosure prior to the sale.
