It took over a mo th to get it fix I had to redo insurance redo going to the dmv for hours and I had to go to car lot 5 times. I liked it better when it was Marty Cancilla, but what's weirdest one of the Cancilla members is still with the company clement, but the customer service Marty cancilla provided is GONE. If your smart and care about the money you spending. LEAVE THE LOT. More

They gave me a passing safety inspection for the car, but at 2 separate mechanics they failed it with less than 1cm of brake pads. I talked to the sales manager and he said that if they said it passed inspec at 2 separate mechanics they failed it with less than 1cm of brake pads. I talked to the sales manager and he said that if they said it passed inspection, then he wouldn't even look at it. I don't trust any company that lies about safety. More

It was easy to make an appointment. I was greeted in the service drive by a friendly and knowledgeable service writer. He set my expectations and discussed estimated pricing. Clement delivered on their promise of competitive pricing and accurate and complete service. Clement is my go to auto repair and maintenance shop. I will refer all family and friends to them. More

I got an oil change service and was advised that I needed new tires. I could only afford 2 at a time so I got 2 to start off. After getting the new tires, I noticed that my tire light was on and my left back new tires. I could only afford 2 at a time so I got 2 to start off. After getting the new tires, I noticed that my tire light was on and my left back tire pressure was not getting a reading. Before the new tires were put on my tire light was never on and my pressure gauge was working. I messaged and told my rep and he has not answered me back with a solution and it’s been a couple of weeks now. The last message I asked if I could bring it back in and still have not received a response back and my tire light is still on the pressure reading for that tire is till not working. More
