I scheduled an appointment to complete the 100,000 mile maintenance needs. They were ready for me when I arrived, transported me back and forth to my home, and kept me informed throughout the day. Dropped off car evening before 7 AM appointment. Left waiting 10 minutes with no one assisting me. Asked someone how long it would be. Sergio went to find out but then came back and he helped me. Always a great service always goes beyond what has to be done. Plus they always have a current movie playing while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced and run thru the wash afterwards done. Appointment was for 8am, arrived at 6:45am to drop the vehicle off and a non professional service advisor (did not introduce himself) immediately told me (harshly) to stay in my vehicle when I wasn't even vehicle off and a non professional service advisor (did not introduce himself) immediately told me (harshly) to stay in my vehicle when I wasn't even getting out. He could not find my 8am appt. but found it at 9:45am. Who changed it without notifying me? He said that I have to wait before I can get checked in because there are others who have a 7am appt. Ok, I was the first person in the lane so why not check me in and move my vehicle out of the way and get to it later? The 7am appt. people are not going anywhere since my vehicle was in the way. I see the non professional advisor walk away talking on his cell. A good 25min went by and still waiting. The guy who fills the fluids etc. finally came up to me and asked me (very professional) to complete a drop off form. What? That is the best you can do? Where is my service advisor Anthony Williams(?) from the Purple Team? I completed the form and went to work. Fast forward...I receive an email stating everything was good to go except the vehicle needs an alignment. I call Anthony to let him know that I have free alignment and asked why am I being charged? He puts me on hold, then comes back and said that I do have a free alignment and do I want to use it? The issue here is that he automatically wanted to charge me instead of looking up any type of packages I have for my vehicle. A couple of hours go by and no word from Anthony. I take a chance and get a ride up to the dealership. As we pull in, I see my vehicle. How long was my vehicle sitting there completed? I try to find Anthony and no luck. Another advisor from the Purple Team helped me out. He said that Anthony was not there and if I wanted paperwork, I would have to wait until he gets back. He also stated that if I did not want any paperwork I was good to go. I was not waiting around...who knows how long Anthony was going to be out. My opinion (which I'm sure nobody from the dealership will read this), Anthony is a weak link for Toyota. More
