Took my car in for what they said would be a 2 hour service, when I arrived the service man said it would take 6 hours and they didn't have the guy there that could do it. I set another appointment dro service, when I arrived the service man said it would take 6 hours and they didn't have the guy there that could do it. I set another appointment dropped it the night before and they called the next morning and informed me they didn't have the part. Hopefully I'll get my car back today More

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a dealer. Actually it was zero service. Car is one year old and under warranty - electric going out, entire dash went out while driving - guy at shop was comp Actually it was zero service. Car is one year old and under warranty - electric going out, entire dash went out while driving - guy at shop was completely unhelpful, told me to disconnect my Bluetooth! I told him it had nothing to do with my phone - his attitude was one of ‘nothing he could do’ said he would have to recreate problem and the dash is a separate problem. He offered no solution, not even let’s take a look at it and diagnose what’s happening. Seemed like he just wanted me to leave so he wouldn’t have to spend anytime trying to fix the problem. This is a dangerous liability - could have resulted in an accident - I’ll be contacting Toyota directly. More

My tailgate latch was inoperable and my local service center advised the dealership for this issue. Never thought I would be robbed in broad daylight. Just to check in was $156, oh but free checks on oth center advised the dealership for this issue. Never thought I would be robbed in broad daylight. Just to check in was $156, oh but free checks on other parts of the vehicle. Really? To actually investigate was $345. I would have thought fitting a new switch to the wiring would ascertain whether it was a wiring fault or a dud switch, then go from there. But no, more investigation and more complaining from me. A switch that costs $450 retail, so for a Toyota dealership $200, was finally fitted for the princely sum of $950!! To top off this whole scenario I had to clean greasy marks from the interior and bring the passenger seat from flat to upright. I guess our love of Toyota has diminished and will seek to buy another brand. More
