Appointments do Not mean anything with the service department you are in the same place in line as all the other walk-ins. So why even take appointments? My service report said that they filled the department you are in the same place in line as all the other walk-ins. So why even take appointments? My service report said that they filled the tires to 35 PSI however when I checked the pressure after I returned home all tires had the same reading, under 30 PSI, that I took before I went to my service appointment. So I doubled checked the tire pressure again with a second pressure gauge and they still read under 30 PSI. Why does the door jam sticker state that the tires should be inflated to 30 PSI and service report states 35 PSI? Why does the service report state that a car wash was done but it was not? Now because of those minor discrepancies I will have to check to see if the oil filter and cabin filter were actually replaced as indicated during the 3 hours that I waited, which should have been about 1.5 hours of service. I may have to take away the 3 stars that I have given. --Also please fix your website so that I don't have to select a field that you have already pre-selected. More

Bought a truck one year ago and was leaking coolant. I've brought it back 11 times in that year and had no truck for over 30 days in that 11 visits.. Everytime I pick it up it is still leaking.. worst experi brought it back 11 times in that year and had no truck for over 30 days in that 11 visits.. They say no go there and get under the truck and can see the pink coolant all over, so left it again. Omg .. wife just bought a new canary but we won't to New Port Richey Toyota instead.. Very efficient. Service adviser was excellent. Facility seemed safe. Appointment time was kept. No real complaints about any aspect of the experience. Have been coming for 16 years. Long delay in servicing vehicle I made my appointment by phone.. 15 or more minutes of waiting after arrive at dealer, they tell me it will be 3 hours or more to complete the servic I made my appointment by phone.. 15 or more minutes of waiting after arrive at dealer, they tell me it will be 3 hours or more to complete the service. They had no courtesy van available. I finally reached someone by phone to pick me up at the dealer. Then I had to find someone to take me back to pick up my cat after completion. I think they should have alerted me to the time required since I told them what they needed to do. I could have then either made the appointment for a different time or made arrangements for pickup and return. They could do better. More
The drop off process was easy and done safely. Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Staff was friendly and efficient.
