About 1 week after my son purchased his pre-owned car, it had a transmission issue and needed service. My son (who btw, is on the Autism Spectrum) was stressing because he'd only had the car for 1 week at th had a transmission issue and needed service. My son (who btw, is on the Autism Spectrum) was stressing because he'd only had the car for 1 week at that time. He dealt with Michael Burns who explained what the car needed and gave him a time-line and reassured him his car would get repaired. I as a mother appreciate Michael for explaining everything to my son and arranging the rental car for him. At one point, I spoke to Michael about a concern I had with the rental car bill and Michael was very polite and understanding and took a minute to explain things to me as I wasn't getting a full/clear story from my son. It meant the world to me as a mother that Michael had enough compassion to realize my son's disability and made the whole experience less stressful overall for my son! I would highly recommend Michael Burns and the team at Clearwater Toyota Service for outstanding service and communication! More

It is always very easy to make an appointment at the dealership, however there are never enough team members on staff to efficiently have you finished up for an oil change in under 2 hours. Seems that if an appointment is made at 8 am and you are not out the door until 10- 10:30 then something is not running correctly. Otherwise staff is always friendly and attentive. More
