The service is quite possibly the worst in the county, maybe the state. A simple tire rotation (20-minute service) takes upwards of 60-75 minutes. There are dangerous recalls involving risk of fire, loss of power, and non-deployment of airbags on many of the newer models, but parts are often unavailable and service usually takes 6-8 hours or more. The technicians are known to leave tools or other personal items in customer vehicles and often times, customers call with complaints about missing oil caps or major concerns that began only after a recent service. The service advisors, rarely (if ever) answer the phones and you should count yourself blessed if they grace you with a call back. You can wait days and even weeks for a status update. If you're promised to be back in your vehicle by the end of the day, expect to be transferred to a voicemail while your vehicle lays disassembled in the shop overnight and you have no ride to work the next morning. Should you happen to wait in the lobby, expect to see a few boring 3-hour movies while you wait for your advisor to get done hiding from you in the shop or chatting about home renovations with the boss. For the love of God, don't use the coffee machine; it recently spent weeks being deep-cleaned by the manufacturer only to be re-infested immediately by ants and roaches and know that there's a bottle of toxic insecticide in the cabinet underneath right next to the sugar packets, coffee beans, and latte powders. If your vehicle is totaled during a hurricane, your insurance company will spend WEEKS trying to reach anyone at all regarding photos or release information and daily storage fees will continuously add up as the calls get ignored. There have been hurt employees too scared to file for worker's compensation because they know they won't pass the mandatory drug testing, so they have to continue working in pain to avoid being fired. There's also a creepy older man working there who spends A LOT of time offering kids trips to Busch Gardens, staring at young women in the lobby, and taking photos of female co-workers on his phone. Be wary of the third-party glass vendors who may pick at your windshield or top off your wiper fluid; they're just trying to sell you an aftermarket windshield that they claim is OEM. All in all, this is not the place to bring your business unless you want to be charged a lot of money to be without transportation for longer than you anticipated. P.S. - If you post an honest review like this that reflects negatively on their service, they will try to entice you with free service or otherwise coax you into removing the review. More

I recently visited the Clearwater Toyota Service department for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience left much to be desired. I was quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes to 45 minutes for serv department for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience left much to be desired. I was quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes to 45 minutes for service. While waiting for my vehicle after 2 hours, I was given no updates via text or did anyone call or come to me while waiting to inform me of any delays. Furthermore, no text updates were provided during my service as outlined. The lack of communication was frustrating. To make matters worse, after acknowledging their delays, they offered a small discount on the service, but this doesn't address or fix the core issue: their poor communication and unprofessionalism. The discount was not for an adequate fix for the inconvenience caused, and their approach to customer services clearly needs improvement. I expect more from a dealership, especially when it come to keeping customer informed and providing a professional experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I won't be returning. More

I went on line to make an appointment to have my oil changed and brake bleeding.printed out the email of the confirmed appointment. I confronted him about this and he said I was a little TESTY ! Service Not. I spent the time to have my car appointment and the price was jacked up over 40% of the on line serviced and was treated poorly. I just left ! More

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had my car back 4 times to have a few minor items fixed, they have failed. Then when you call they do not answer the phone, parts puts y with. I have had my car back 4 times to have a few minor items fixed, they have failed.
