Horrible experience!! I would rate lower if I could. I went in for an oil change for a car I had less than 2 years & they poached me from the service area. Th experience!! I would rate lower if I could. I went in for an oil change for a car I had less than 2 years & they poached me from the service area. They made promises they were unable to uphold. The salesmen were extremely deceptive, and they also lied about financing options and lied about the specs of the car. Tried to get out of the loan after realizing they used illegal deceptive trade practices & lied, but they would not let me. Very, very disappointed. I would avoid this establishment at all costs! More
