I made my appointment a week in advance to secure a decent time and not have to wait as long as a walk in customer would. It still took 2 1/2 hrs to complete a simple oil change on a scheduled appointm decent time and not have to wait as long as a walk in customer would. To make matters worse, they didn’t even use the correct amount of oil. I will never conduct business at Clear Lake Nissan ever again! More
