I went to Clear Lake Nissan 2 weeks ago and bought a 2019 Honda Pilot. My son went with me so they wouldn't take advantage of me as I am an elderly lady. We, myself, son, salesman, and finance manager agreed Honda Pilot. My son went with me so they wouldn't take advantage of me as I am an elderly lady. We, myself, son, salesman, and finance manager agreed to $24,000, with no extra's added to it, as I have excellent insurance and everything they were offering was already covered by said insurance. My son had to leave to pick up his daughters from school. I met with the finance manager to finalize the paperwork, that is where it went downhill. I had put $9,000 down, that should have left me only financing $15,000. The finance manager, added everything that I said I didn't want or need, and when I got home, I noticed this. Instead of $15,000, he financed it for $36,000, that is more than double what I agreed to. I could have bought a new vehicle for less. I would not recommend Clear Lake Nissan to anyone. They take advantage of the elderly. I am going to have to work until I am 82 just to pay for this vehicle. That is not acceptable. Shame on them. More
