My experience with this dealership at the beginning it was OK, by Zack n Jennifer. Both Service Advisors need to have more experience in customer service. Zach hanged up the phone call on me and disrespected me. I had a complaint on my vehicle charged me for diagnostic when I already took my vehicle to another mechanic shop. Then he told me it cost $1,600.00 to replace the cooling clutch fan. Jennifer V.: next day Zack wasn't there so I deal with Jennifer. I applied for a loan for the repair n she told me I'll take care of everything and no out of pocket then she told me I have to sign another second e-docu signature "only",but didn't mentioned I had to pay out of pocket $349.00. Which it caught me by surprise. That went for 4 days of frustrations with them too. The Hero of all this was Brian Chute ( Service Mgr. Advisor ) and Aaron ( Sales Mgr ). They both really have Great Customer Service. My vehicle wasn't repaired but he received my request to have my second spare key to be programmed and rekeyed and paid $340.00 included with my diagnostic charge. More
