Shawn Lowrey exemplifies by both his own example and his leadership the very highest possible standard of capability, professionalism and courtesy. When Shawn moved briefly to SouthWest Infiniti, we took our Infiniti service there- although it took an extra 1.5 hour drive( each way) - for the absolute confidence and reliability and track record that he represents. On yesterday's visit in the evening, to pick up my vehicle- Dallas went out of his way and the extra mile, to assure that all was in order and everything was taken care of- outstanding! Mrs. Gloria is a very special individual, and her beautiful happy smile and greeting are always a highlight of my day. Very important!
