I had a good experience with purchasing my new vehicle and service department has always been great. My issue is that they haven’t paid off my trade and it’s been over a month!! This is completely unacc and service department has always been great. My issue is that they haven’t paid off my trade and it’s been over a month!! This is completely unacceptable!! Finally got someone to call me back after weeks of trying and they said payment was sent! My bank does not have that payment and now I fear i’m getting the run around again!! My advice is don’t trade your vehicle there! More

My appointment was at 1pm and I left the building by 3:30pm. Next time I’ll drop the car off and have them call me when it’s ready. They washed the car on the outside and that’s always a plus. More
