We got everything including RMV registration/ license plates/ communications with insurance companies, everything done in a timely fashion and without any hassles. I found Amanda and Clay Subaru Service team to be extremely friendly and very customer focused. I am generally cautious when it comes to car service. Oftentimes, it feels like I'm being up sold (recommended additional paid services that's not needed yet). In the case of Clay Subaru, it feels like the opposite. Amanda went out of her way to make sure that I was not wasting my time and money by answering many questions (and looking up information) over the phone before I decided to bring the car in. When I brought my car in, Amanda made sure I was well taken care of. I found the rest of the Clay staff to also work similarly. The service department at Clay Subaru was quite impressive. I will definitely be back. More

It was especially amazing to drive off with my car same-day and not even have to go to the DMV because everything was already done. Comfortable showroom and easy to find location - highly recommend! My only tip is to make sure you ask in advance how long the whole process will take: they will all work diligently, but with so many steps, be sure to allot several hours of time. More
