There was some confusion regarding the tire protection plan I purchased at the Hendricks Volkswagen since the systems don’t talk to each other and had I not remembered it would’ve cost me $280 out of pock plan I purchased at the Hendricks Volkswagen since the systems don’t talk to each other and had I not remembered it would’ve cost me $280 out of pocket for the new tire. Service was overall good and Alex was easy to work with as well. But for every VW dealer in the country there should be a way for your systems to talk. To avoid the risk of charging people for things that are covered under plans they got at signing. More
