I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Volkswagen dealership. When I first inquired about the car, I was quoted a monthly payment of $725 after providing my SSN. We agreed on that amount, and I was confident in moving forward with the purchase. However, when it came time for the car delivery, the price was suddenly increased to $825. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I felt totally misled and fooled by this process. Buying a car should be an exciting and transparent experience, but instead, this dealership turned it into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. I expected honesty and integrity when making such a significant purchase, but sadly, that was not my experience here. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this dealership and make sure to double-check everything in writing before proceeding. More
