Easy to schedule. Fast intake process. Saturdays they only have half-staffing, which can make things take a bit longer. Otherwise it was a normal service experience. Fast intake process. That being said, the team went out of their way to help explain a few things about our leased vehicle - even to the point of going on a test drive with me. Haven't experienced that before with other brands. I've been surprised and quite pleased with my first VW experience in the 21st century (other experience was when I lived in Germany back in the 1980s). Sadly they do not allow for any modifications to the ECU, that provides direct throttle control (even though the option exists in the program). The factory's insistence on emissions controls creates a risk due to delayed response when stepping on the accelerator. Therefore, overtaking can be more of a threat than with just about any other offering with a turbocharged engine from literally any other manufacturer. But the guys at the dealership were really cool in how they explained it to me. I appreciated their patience and how much effort they put into trying to understand my complaint. FWIW, it's very strange that you want me to rate the people I worked with, but have completely forgotten to add a field with the Service Advisors and technicians (only listing Sales, Finance, and Management departments?).
