We dropped my car off (2006 Nissan Altima) to the Clay Cooley service center on I-20 & Wheatland in Dallas, Tx and now they cannot find my vehicle. Police department informed me that the Clay Cooley was r Cooley service center on I-20 & Wheatland in Dallas, Tx and now they cannot find my vehicle. Police department informed me that the Clay Cooley was responsible for my car and therefore need to file a stolen car police report. The lot manager does not have any record of the car towed from the property but the service center has record in the computer of them accepting the car for repair. I had the brief pleasure of meeting Mr. Cooley as he walked this specific lot and as I listen to him speak to one of the sails reps he verbalized details that required repair or improvement and they had more to do with safety than selling cars. Due to the negligence of the service center employees we are now forced to involve police and now are not only out of a vehicle but also have to spend money on a lawyer to resolve this issue. What a terrible way to tarnish the name a man that has worked so hard to build a legacy for his family. More
