I will never purchase a vehicle from any Clay Cooley dealership. Purchased a 2019 Range Rover Evoque. Drove it home and the next day the engine light came on. Took it back and they sent it to Range Rove dealership. Purchased a 2019 Range Rover Evoque. Drove it home and the next day the engine light came on. Took it back and they sent it to Range Rover Dallas to be repaired. When I went to pick it up Range Rover said they had informed Clay Cooley that it was in need of a back brake job and they declined the work to be done. The service manager, Will, guaranteed me Range Rover was trying to upsell me and the car would not need brakes for a long time. I argued with them 2 days straight. They said from Clay Cooley himself that the car does not need brakes but they would give me half the money but assured me a 2019 car would not need a brake job for a long time. Less than 15 days later the brake light is on and the over $30,000 car needs a brake job. We also got home and took out the paper floor mats they had in the car and one mat was missing. We have not gotten that or the manual and it only came with one key. They also advertised the car as having HomeLink where you can program your garage door and it does not. I have reached out to our salesman who is one of the managers and Will in service regarding the brakes and neither one have replied. They obviously don't look over their used cars very well before putting them up for sale. Also, when you are in financing read over paperwork very well. Terms I had agreed to during negotiations were not correct on the final paperwork. I would definitely not recommend this dealership for purchasing a used car. And in regards to his slogan - I won’t be shopping here first or last! And I’ve asked to speak with Clay Cooley himself and have gotten no response so I really doubt anyone can come see him! More
I recently went to Clay Cooley Nissan looking to trade in my Altima and purchase a newer used one. The experience from the very beginning was awful. We walked in and saw a sign on the door requiring facemasks due to Covid which is a pretty standard thing these days considering the statewide mandate. 95% of the employees were walking around without a mask as if we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic (even though customers were required to wear them). We were greeted and told to take a seat and let the salesman know what we were here for. He then took the keys to my car and disappeared for about 20 minutes not really telling us what was happening. He never asked what kind of car we were looking to purchase and what our price range was. He had a base model Altima pulled up and basically tossed us the keys and told us to take it for a drive to see how we like it. We were never interested in buying a new car we were looking to trade in and get a used car. When we did finally discuss the price range we were looking to stay at he came back with an offer way over the price we gave. We ended up going to Don Davis Nissan down the road and buying an Altima from them, as they were extremely courteous and professional from the moment we walked in the door, and were also following the mask mandate. If you are looking to purchase a car, do not go to Clay Cooley Nissan. More

A lady sitting in front of me was coughing without a mask on! The clerk at the window taking payments was not friendly, it was as if he didn't want to be bothered. Not impressed with this service department. More
