Called from out of town to discuss an Internet ad for a Rogue Sport. I was immediately advised that the Internet price would not be honored. Horrible customer service and disrespectful I have made one of my worst mistake of my life by trade in my car and get 2020 Altima. Salesman LIED a lot and I never would have thought I can be fooled like this. I have already signed the xxxxing paperwork otherwise I would give this F****ing car back to this dealership. I will TRADE IN this brand new car as soon as possible with any car. Besides all, new Altima is actually not as good as older ones. I still do not know why I made this mistake of exchanging my old Altima with new one. lesson learned of not rushing and not trusting fast. More
