This was the worst buying experience of my life. My husband is still waiting on the GM from this location to call him regarding the abomination of a sales experience. I rarely complain and find the positive aspects of most things in life, but this experience left me speechless. More

I purchased a 2020 Chevy Trax on 06/22/2022 from Clay Cooley Nissan. The vehicle went in for service that day, to replace an AC sensor. On 06/30/2022, I was notified that the vehicle was ready. After I p Cooley Nissan. The vehicle went in for service that day, to replace an AC sensor. On 06/30/2022, I was notified that the vehicle was ready. After I picked up the car, I traveled to work. After I got off, the oil change sensor turned on. The AC wasn't blowing cold either.. I then took the car to my residence. On 07/03/2022, as I was going to work, the vehicle stalled on i-635. I had the vehicle towed back to my residence and had a 30yr mechanic come check. He told me the vehicle looks like it had been in a wreck/had various screws and pieces missing. I paid out of pocket for the AC condenser and radiator to be replaced. I had the car towed back to Clay Cooley Chevrolet on 07/08/2022. I was told by David that he could be in contact with me. As of 07/15/2022, I hadn't received any contact. I went the next day, 07/16/2022, and spoke to the service manager, Matthew, who let me know the vehicle's motor was stalled. He let me know the experienced mechanic could be to blame, but the vehicle stalled before I went to the mechanic. I contacted my salesperson, Tim, who let me know his manager and I will be meeting with me 07/18/2022. Since the vehicle has had problems within 30 days of purchasing, the dealership will cover all repairs. Since I was told by the service that the vehicle was ready and was not, and had additional problems, I do not trust Clay Cooley Nissan to take this problem seriously. I have paid a car note and down payment for a vehicle I've only been able to drive for a day. There have been multiple attempts to fix but the issue persists. Attempts to get ahold of management have failed due to being on hold. They took advantage of the fact that I am a 20 year old female college student, and upsold me a vehicle they knew was damaged. I have contacted the DMV and FTC. I am serious about receiving a refund for the down payment as well as all my other transportation costs (Flights, Uber) I do not want to continue business with you all. More

If I can give them a Zero, I would have, do not make the mistake I made, read all reviews from customers before you consider doing business with these unethical crooks, I saw the add in Car Guro for a 2020 mistake I made, read all reviews from customers before you consider doing business with these unethical crooks, I saw the add in Car Guro for a 2020 Suburban for a listed price of $42,$$$, I drove there to look at the SUV, I liked it and decided to proceed with the purchase, as soon as I sat with the salesperson, I showed him the add, he then showed me their add that was approximately $900 more, I immediately told the salesperson that this was not the same price, his answer was, well we have added the auto-tracking security system that was already installed, that was the first flag I should have stopped right there, I let that slide, let me remind you that the price on Car Guro was $900 less, then when we walked in finance, I was introduced to the finance guy by the name of Domonique (am not sure of the spelling), we proceeded to close the deal, Domonique started talking about extended warranty that started with $9000, I told him that is redicolous, am not paying that much, he then went down to $6000, again I told him no, he then told me impossible you can not get a warranty for a vehicle like that for under $6000, Domonique proceeded to crunch some numbers and asked me how much would I pay for a 6 year extended warranty, I told him around $4000, he again laughed and told me that was impossible, I knew what he was doing, at that time I was ready just to purchase without an extended warranty, and when I told him to forget tha warranty, he started crunching numbers and told me " Oh look, what do you know the payments do add up to $4000, Oh I totally overlooked the numbers" I knew that was a bunch of %$%$$ but again said that is a fair price for a 2020 Suburban extended warranty, I looked and it was $4200, I then said ok then lets go for that price ($4,200), then we proceeded to sign the paperwork, fully trusting that he made the adjustments, only to find out later that although he told me the warranty was for $4000, the final contaract was showing $6000, I did not find out untill I was home 5 days later, you can imagine how frustrated I was with him, what pathetic low life he turned to be, I tried giving them the benefit of dought by signing the agreement without checking, but I assumed the dealership is ethical and professional, it is people like these low lifers that are giving dealerships a bad reputation, Nissan Dealerships should fire such con artist working under their product, I called and left a msg to the General manager, I left a detailed msg, with the receptionist, but no response, I told her I expect this matter resolved as soon as possible if not my next course of action, is gone cost them more money that what they stiffed me for, to my disapointment the Geneal Sales Manager did not even return my call and rectify the situation, so my advise to you is if you decide to ignore my warnings and proceed to do business with these guys, make sure you do not fall for the fake smiles and fake atitude and check everything over and over, I made the mistake an do admit it, it was my fault, but it should not be like that. More
