I had my vehicle towed to Clay Cooley Kia for some simple repairs earlier this year and was assigned to Jesica Lopez. I got an email requesting I review and approve options for repairs. I approved some of th repairs earlier this year and was assigned to Jesica Lopez. I got an email requesting I review and approve options for repairs. I approved some of the work, but not the full recommended list of work. I discussed potentially trading in the vehicle and spoke with someone who said he would provide me with a trade-in offer. I never received the offer. The last contact I received from Jesica was a call asking if I wanted to move forward with the additional recommended repairs that I hadn't previously approved, or trade in the car as-is. I never heard back from the man they told me would give me a quote for the car. I had approved work to be done on it, but no work was ever completed. I had absolutely zero notice or warning my car would be removed from their service center to an unknown location. I now own a car that was possibly sold for parts and no longer exists. After not hearing anything from them for months, I called to check the status of my vehicle. Jesica said they didn't know where my car was, but they'd try to locate it and would call me back. I placed multiple calls (15-20 times over the course of several weeks) to the dealership with promises of a call back. Nobody can find my car and nobody is calling me back. Now when I call the service department I can't get anyone to answer unless I call from a different phone number so it seems they're screening my calls. My case was assigned to a new person, Dawson, who is still not helping me locate the vehicle. Clay Cooley seems to have no desire to make this right, and I am out thousands of dollars. This has been an unimaginably horrible experience, and I recommend staying far away from Clay Cooley Kia in Irving! More
This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I brought my Kia Telluride in for service and paid $300 for service which was great. I was excited to finally have a dealership with any dealership. I brought my Kia Telluride in for service and paid $300 for service which was great. I was excited to finally have a dealership close by who was competent. Boy was I wrong. Brought it back in June for a back ordered part. Fine. I get it. No communication occurred from Jessica (service advisor) about my part coming in. Then they gave my part to someone else. One month later I get a notice for a recall on the front seat. I make an appointment and was told it was an appointment for an appointment. What the heck? Hazid helped me and said they had to order the part for that seat. He said he’d call me when the part arrived and never did. I call the service department to confirm the part was there and it was. So I come in and then Michael helps me…takes my car back and says the part is not here and sorry. It is absolutely ridiculous that these people are that incompetent. I called the service manager (Jose) twice and left a message…never heard back from him. This is beyond subpar, these people don’t even have basic communication skills. Done with them obviously and will never step foot in this place and suggest you don’t either. They don’t care and were not professional. I will happily drive to Plano and McKinney to service my car. And guess what? I made one call to those dealerships…got my car in and out and washed in 45 minutes. Clay Cooley Kia service is awful. If I could give negative stars I would. Just awful. More
Christian was by far the best representative that helped me with my car. I had to get things fixed and went above and beyond to explain things thoroughly for me. me with my car. I had to get things fixed and went above and beyond to explain things thoroughly for me. More
Absolutely terrible service. my car has had the same issue for 6 months: the fan does not turn off when the car is off and the battery drains. The car is a little more than 3 yea my car has had the same issue for 6 months: the fan does not turn off when the car is off and the battery drains. The car is a little more than 3 years old. AAA has come 4 times to jump it and Kia can't figure out what's wrong with it. most recently, Clay Cooley Kia had it for almost 2 months. They said they finally fixed it. I've had it back a few days and the fan wouldn't turn off and now the battery is dead. Clay Cooley claims I damaged their rental car (it was completely fine when I returned it) and they fraudulently filed a claim with my insurance company. Do NOT go here. More

I dropped my vehicle off at Clay Cooley February 28, 2023 and they have has my vehicle going on 7 weeks. I'm now in the month of April without a loaner car or a true status on where they are with fixing my and they have has my vehicle going on 7 weeks. I'm now in the month of April without a loaner car or a true status on where they are with fixing my car. I've spoken to several managers including Al Hipolito, who is the rudest person I have encountered throughout this process. I have spent hundreds of dollars on Ubers without any type of accommodations at all from Clay Cooley Kia. The only person who seemed to give me any hope was Dawson Williams who told me he could have me in a loaner tomorrow. After speaking to Dawnson and him relaying to me that he had to get this cleared with his manager Al, I believed Clay Cooley was on the right path to making me a happy customer. Several minutes later Al told me there was nothing he could do and for me to sit back and wait while he gathered more data. Please keep in mind my vehicle has only 60,000 miles currently and my motor has gone out. Thankfully I have a 100,000 mile warranty that protects my motor. I keep impeccable service records that I have provided to Clay Cooley Kia. My warranty has been approved even though the 1st time they submitted the information they did it under the incorrect name. I've requested on several occasions for consistent follow up on the status in which I'm only told “these things take time. “ Every time I'm the one who has to reach out and they have yet to even start working on my vehicle. I'm in the same place I started 7 weeks ago. This is the most horrible experience that I have ever had with a car dealership. I'm writing this review as a buyer beware of Clay Cooley Kia. I don't want anyone else to experience the type of treatment I'm experiencing from this car dealership. I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident to Clay Cooley Kia Irving or Kia as a whole. I will provide updates as the process unfolds. More
So dissatisfied, the service department lost my a cap to my light, and told me twice they ordered the part. But have not received nothing but lies from Tyler, Fabian, Jacob and Wendy Culler all over their e my light, and told me twice they ordered the part. This place cares about you when they are making a sale. The service department is a joke, they don't answer the phone or return calls. I have been trying to get my car serviced due to a recall. I guess if The service department is a joke, they don't answer the phone or return calls. I have been trying to get my car serviced due to a recall. I guess if my car catches fire and someone gets injured and we sue Clay Cooley for not doing their job, perhaps then they will do their job. Wish I could give no stars. More
