Yes, they are that good. My latest experience is with Joseph who was welcoming and stayed with us after 8:00 pm to make sure we had a deal. My family and I are very happy with their hospitality and service and we recommend them to anyone. Please keep up the good work. More

Service department was terrible, poor communication and extremally poor customer service. We have used this dealership for 8 years for service. We purchased our second Telluride mid July from this dealersh extremally poor customer service. We have used this dealership for 8 years for service. We purchased our second Telluride mid July from this dealership, the sales experience was one of the best we have had, but the service department was awful. When purchased one of the fog lights was pointed down. We took it in 3 times to get it fixed. Paul Gomez told us that they didn't want to take the bumper off a new car is why they didn't fix it. I guess we were supposed to wait until it wasn't new to get it fixed?? There was also a deep scratch on the driver's side mirror that was not there when it was left that morning. I called to talk to the GM, who never responded or had someone respond to my complaint, customer service is clearly not a priority with Fortunes O'Neil. I went up and talked to Jose who said they didn't have the part. If Paul had said that in the first place this would not have escalated. Jose said he would call when the part was in. 2 weeks later my husband got a text wanting to rate our experience. He have them a honest rating and within an hour Jose called and the part was on back order.. I called Clay Cooley corporate to discuss this issue with them and left a voice mail. Shortly after that Ed Maltos called to see what our issue was. We explained it to him, he had us drop the car off Monday and they did give us a loaner car to drive. The car sat for 2 days till they got the part in. The were able to fix it without replacing the fog light after all and they had the mirror repainted. Our car was not ready till Friday. All in all it took almost 6 weeks to get a fog light fixed. All this could have been avoided if Paull had communicated better or if the GM, Fortunes O'Neil had bothered to call me or to delegate some else to call me. We will NOT be using this dealership again for anything. The lack of ethics at this dealership makes me not want to use any Clay Cooley dealerships again. More

Being honest, I did not leave with a good experience purchasing from this dealership. Am giving dealership 3 stars because at the end of the day, my issues were handled and that leads me to Mr. Peters. purchasing from this dealership. So happy that he answered the phone the day I called trying to get my issue rectified. He was patient, he was a great listener and clearly understood why I was frustrated. Within 30 mins he was able to rectify my issue which had already taken days with no results. We are a Kia family and when we are ready to buy my new K5, it will be JP I look for I suggest you do the same. I have purchased many cars in my life and this by far was the worst experience in my life. During negotiations they would come back with a number and of course I would try to negotiate it down. Then they would come back and the number would be higher! They rolled in a service charge from existing car into the loan without even discussing this with me. They operate under what I believe are shady and deceptive practices, even for a car dealership who always try to squeeze every last dollar from you any way, this was on another level. Salesperson ignores my text, wont return phone calls. Gonna have to assume because he knows I am calling him out and holding this dealership accountable. I hope not all Clay Cooley dealerships allow their teams to operate this way, but I would stay clear of the KIA one in Plano. More

Started off great. Went back to the Dealership and cancel the unwanted add on and the Manager just gave Me a copy that I requested and stated You will get a refund within 6 to 12 Weeks and never apologize. Buyer BEWARE!!! More
