She is 84 years old and very frail and Jeff Warfield was very professional and very accommodating in helping me find a new car for my mother-in-law. She is 84 years old and very frail and self-conscious when driving an unfamiliar car in front of strangers. Jeff arranged to let me take it home to her and have her test drive it so that she only had to be in the car with me when she tested it. I drove it home and she was very pleased with how it handled and that she could drive it in a familiar neighborhood where she could be comfortable trying it out. Jeff also helped me get the monthly payment I could afford to pay monthly because my mother-in-law would not be able to get a loan. Thank you Jeff Warfield and KIA of Irving for making this possible. My mother-in-laws card was an old 98 Pontiac Bonneville and not repairable. It served her well. More
