I had my vehicle towed to Clay Cooley Kia for some simple repairs earlier this year and was assigned to Jesica Lopez. I got an email requesting I review and approve options for repairs. I approved some of th repairs earlier this year and was assigned to Jesica Lopez. I got an email requesting I review and approve options for repairs. I approved some of the work, but not the full recommended list of work. I discussed potentially trading in the vehicle and spoke with someone who said he would provide me with a trade-in offer. I never received the offer. The last contact I received from Jesica was a call asking if I wanted to move forward with the additional recommended repairs that I hadn't previously approved, or trade in the car as-is. I never heard back from the man they told me would give me a quote for the car. I had approved work to be done on it, but no work was ever completed. I had absolutely zero notice or warning my car would be removed from their service center to an unknown location. I now own a car that was possibly sold for parts and no longer exists. After not hearing anything from them for months, I called to check the status of my vehicle. Jesica said they didn't know where my car was, but they'd try to locate it and would call me back. I placed multiple calls (15-20 times over the course of several weeks) to the dealership with promises of a call back. Nobody can find my car and nobody is calling me back. Now when I call the service department I can't get anyone to answer unless I call from a different phone number so it seems they're screening my calls. My case was assigned to a new person, Dawson, who is still not helping me locate the vehicle. Clay Cooley seems to have no desire to make this right, and I am out thousands of dollars. This has been an unimaginably horrible experience, and I recommend staying far away from Clay Cooley Kia in Irving! More
The people we dealt with were good and we did buy a car, but the process felt a little shady. Clay Cooley puts "No Dealer Adds" on their website and "the price you see online is the price you pay". That was but the process felt a little shady. Clay Cooley puts "No Dealer Adds" on their website and "the price you see online is the price you pay". That wasn't true for me. They required me to buy $2,000 in dealer adds (cosmetic insurance and elo gps) to get the advertised price. My car was totaled so I needed a car and took the deal, but the dealer adds made it feel shady. Just a warning that if the advertised price seems too good to be true it will probably come with mandatory dealer adds despite their claim not to do that. Still don't understand why they bother saying no dealer adds and the price you see is the price you pay if that isn't what they do. Makes no sense and makes the process feel slimy. More
This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I brought my Kia Telluride in for service and paid $300 for service which was great. I was excited to finally have a dealership with any dealership. I brought my Kia Telluride in for service and paid $300 for service which was great. I was excited to finally have a dealership close by who was competent. Boy was I wrong. Brought it back in June for a back ordered part. Fine. I get it. No communication occurred from Jessica (service advisor) about my part coming in. Then they gave my part to someone else. One month later I get a notice for a recall on the front seat. I make an appointment and was told it was an appointment for an appointment. What the heck? Hazid helped me and said they had to order the part for that seat. He said he’d call me when the part arrived and never did. I call the service department to confirm the part was there and it was. So I come in and then Michael helps me…takes my car back and says the part is not here and sorry. It is absolutely ridiculous that these people are that incompetent. I called the service manager (Jose) twice and left a message…never heard back from him. This is beyond subpar, these people don’t even have basic communication skills. Done with them obviously and will never step foot in this place and suggest you don’t either. They don’t care and were not professional. I will happily drive to Plano and McKinney to service my car. And guess what? I made one call to those dealerships…got my car in and out and washed in 45 minutes. Clay Cooley Kia service is awful. If I could give negative stars I would. Just awful. More

The way they tried to manipulate what I wanted to their benefit was actually insane. for reference… wanted ‘x amnt’ as my monthly for 72 mo… came back after quite a negotiations and said “congratulations on your new kia you got ‘x amnt’ like you wanted for 84 mo!” Did you think I’d be dumb enough to not catch 72 vs 84. 😂 I’m SO glad I walked away. All the numbers they were giving me was on a blank sheet of paper and I kept asking for details and would not get them. They are definitely money motivated not client motivated. Take your business across the street to Mazda- they treat you so well, give you every detail, and are the example of what a car buying business should be! More

Unfortunately there was a problem with the charging and we had to bring it back several days later to get worked on. Jessica was our Sevice Representative and she was very sweet and professional. It took awhile for the problem to be fixed but Lionel (the Service Manager) ensured that we had a loaner for the time that our car was in the shop. The GM, Joe Fernandez, was involved every step of the way. We felt that the Clay Cooley Kia team had our best interests at all times. More
Borderline fraud and theft. I was pre-approved by a finance company. I go and look at a new Telluride which they had advertised at $36k. With all their add-ons (which they said I was pre-approved by a finance company. I go and look at a new Telluride which they had advertised at $36k. With all their add-ons (which they said they couldn't take off) out the door was going to be around $40k. My financing had me at less than $800 a month for a 60 month loan. Clay Cooley came back with numbers ranging from $900 to over $1000 for 72 months. Nothing as advertised. The sales guy Eme had the audacity to try and give my wife and I a lesson on how financing works. We were so upset that we just got up and walked out. We felt very angry with the whole process. The very next night we went to Lewisville Volkswagen and purchased a new Atlas for $6k cheaper and the product was much nicer. We are so happy that there are still honest and transparent dealerships out there. We CAN'T say the same for Clay Cooley. Stay away... stay very far away. I felt like we had been mugged after leaving that shameful business. What crooks. More
Absolutely terrible service. my car has had the same issue for 6 months: the fan does not turn off when the car is off and the battery drains. The car is a little more than 3 yea my car has had the same issue for 6 months: the fan does not turn off when the car is off and the battery drains. The car is a little more than 3 years old. AAA has come 4 times to jump it and Kia can't figure out what's wrong with it. most recently, Clay Cooley Kia had it for almost 2 months. They said they finally fixed it. I've had it back a few days and the fan wouldn't turn off and now the battery is dead. Clay Cooley claims I damaged their rental car (it was completely fine when I returned it) and they fraudulently filed a claim with my insurance company. Do NOT go here. More
