Car was not delivered at the time promised. I had to call the dealership to find out where my car was and its status. I had to call about 5 times before I was able to get an answer. No one was available to speak to me, not Angela, not the service manager. If I had not been persistent in calling my car would have probably been there all day- unacceptable.
