My experience was fantastic. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen at this dealership. This can be a skeptical situation for some buyers, and you have to trust and rely on your sale I purchased a vehicle sight unseen at this dealership. This can be a skeptical situation for some buyers, and you have to trust and rely on your salesperson to be honest and to have your best interest. My salesperson was Tyrell Schleede. He went above and beyond for me. I was expecting to setup shipping, but he drove three hours to personally deliver the car to me. It was about 9pm when he arrived, and it would be about 1am or so before he made it back home. This shows dedication and how much he cares for his customers. I believe your employees are a direct reflection of your leadership. Tyrell possesses the qualities I see in a leader. He would make a great General Manager, and it would be wise for Clay Cooley Hyundai to transition Tyrell into this position before another dealership steals him.
