The service manager that was Genesis service manager is very professional. He and a young lady with long blonde hair was the only bright spot. The lack of communication is pathetic. I was taken advantage of and lied to by everyone involved in the deal! My carnote is only suppose to be $580 per month. I told them that I did not want a $3,400 and $600 added service contracts. THEY ALL LIED (Sales Person, Tony, and John) saying that they bank Consumer Portfolio Services mandated that I get it or the deal would not go through. I spoke to agents at Consumer Portfolio Services who told me that they DO NOT MAKE consumers get any additional service contracts. I told Tony who had NOTHING TO SAY when told about his lie. John called and promised a call back by end of business day. He has yet to call. More
