I came in to take care of a recall on my car. I was skeptical about coming to this location for personal reasons. However, I am glad that I did because I was very well taken care of. I purchased my vehicle “at this location,” (when it was Bob Stallings). Apparently Clay Cooley’s current staff, (that have replaced and/or moved great Stallings service and even sales staff) doesn’t think Bob Stallings). Apparently Clay Cooley’s current staff, (that have replaced and/or moved great Stallings service and even sales staff) doesn’t think much of the prior customers. I required an insurance quote for a new OEM windshield for my 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. The service dept staff couldn’t care less in assisting me. When I inquired about the “small paint” issues, (or something to that effect) that Clay Cooley is currently advertising on TV — the staff sounded like a dear caught in the headlights. Had no clue what I was talking about. This has all been to Vandergriff’s Hyundai’s benefit. This is not the first time I’ve heard of poor or inept customer service issues at this dealership. Hope they get their act in order. More
