I would leave negative if I could. This has been the worst transition from one owner to another. I have been fighting with Hyundai Motors and this dealership. I can NOT think of an experience that has been worse than the one I’ve had, dealing with this dealership. From the bottom to the top….the apple does not fall far from the tree at this place. My car was towed there on April 15, 2024, the first time. It spent 2 months there and then another week when they ‘did’ the work. (Because they don’t receive any parts on Saturdays and Mondays, in addition to being closed on Sunday. How do they service cars without the parts needed?) The general manager, Ron King, finally reached out to me today; after being told on July 15, 2014 that he would be. This is only AFTER, I filed my complaint with the BBB and the DMV. I also have a review that I’ve been updating on Google Maps that has pictures. I have now personally talked with 5 different men from Clay Cooley, each worse than the last. Taylor and Adam in the service department, Jerry who responds to messages sent through the website, Jason the client care director, and now, Mr. King. Go somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced!!! More

The service department is unprofessional, lazy, lacks customer service skills, and requires guidance on how to handle situations when the computer system shuts down. I dropped my Hyundai Palisade 2020 off on June 19th at 7:00 am for a 31,000 miles service. I was met by Samuel who checked my vehicle in. Samuel was getting off early that day and there was no reason for me to think that I would have any issues. Most businesses cover down when an employee leaves. I hadn’t received any calls by 1:30 pm from the dealership. I decided to call and reached a service department employee who felt like he would rather over talk me instead of finding out the status of my vehicle. I was told the systems were down, the technician Samuel was gone for the day, and he will give me a status on my vehicle when he returned on June 20th. I asked the guy, “Do I really have to wait 24 hours for a status on an oil change?” He kept talking about the systems being down and Lauren will give me a call with an update on the status of my vehicle. I called back several times only to be transferred and the phone disconnecting or going to voicemail. I arrived at your dealership around 3:30 pm and my vehicle was parked to the right of the service department. I walked in the service department one of your employees asked, “What do y’all have going on?” It was about four or five workers just standing around. It took less than 5 minutes for an employee to check through the paperwork, tell me my vehicle had been completed, and give me my keys. I have always received great customer service when visiting Hyundai dealerships. Clay Cooley Hyundai by far is the worst and I doubt if I ever use them again. More
I brought my Palisade in for an oil change, transmission flush and radiator flush. It wasn’t the best price but it’s wasn’t a terrible price either for the services done.
