I went for an oil change. The lady who helped get me checked in was nice. I asked them to air up my tires. After about 10 minutes, I looked on my Ford app to see that the The lady who helped get me checked in was nice. I asked them to air up my tires. After about 10 minutes, I looked on my Ford app to see that the tire pressures were the exact same as when I took my car in. This isn’t the first time this has happened. A time before at this location, my cars fluids needed to be filled. I was told they had been, even I got home, I looked under the hood myself and multiple fluids had not been filled. Maybe it’s my fault for continuing to go here but I’d hope for other customers sake, the individuals responsible get it together. More

I took my my truck to Don Davis Ford service department with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After dropping off my vehicle I had to call Mr. Prest with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After dropping off my vehicle I had to call Mr. Prestwood find out if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After reading the service receipt I find out that they could not duplicate the problem I am having. I called to talk with Marc Prestwood and left him a voicemail and I’m still awaiting a response. The safety concern of my vehicle continues. ( service pickup and delivery was not offered ). More

My truck was on the dealer for more than 10 days for a TPMS light, Also when I purchase the truck I bought the service plan but what for my surprise I check the in cabin filter and the air filter and they TPMS light, Also when I purchase the truck I bought the service plan but what for my surprise I check the in cabin filter and the air filter and they were not replaced, my truck have 20.000 miles.
