Don Davis had my car for two weeks for a two hour warranty repair and did not repair my vehicle. It is unreasonable to have someone's car for two weeks on a two hour repair and not repair the vehicle warranty repair and did not repair my vehicle. It is unreasonable to have someone's car for two weeks on a two hour repair and not repair the vehicle. My service writer did not return phone calls in a timely manor nor did she offer any solutions. I understand things happen but the people that represent your dealership should be empowered to create solutions that work for the dealership and customer. I offered to come get my car and they could call me when they were ready to make the repair and I was told that was not possible. When I called about the status of my vehicle after leaving it for two weeks I was told the technician was going on vacation so they were not sure when it would get fixed. Having a vehicle warranty only means something if you stand behind it otherwise its just a gimmick. I will be contacting Ford about my experience at this dealership. Mrs. Burns told me when I picked up my car she would contact me with a time to bring my car back, its been 5 business days and I still have not heard anything from anyone at Don Davis. More

I went for an oil change. The lady who helped get me checked in was nice. I asked them to air up my tires. After about 10 minutes, I looked on my Ford app to see that the The lady who helped get me checked in was nice. I asked them to air up my tires. After about 10 minutes, I looked on my Ford app to see that the tire pressures were the exact same as when I took my car in. This isn’t the first time this has happened. A time before at this location, my cars fluids needed to be filled. I was told they had been, even I got home, I looked under the hood myself and multiple fluids had not been filled. Maybe it’s my fault for continuing to go here but I’d hope for other customers sake, the individuals responsible get it together. More
Took an ENTIRE MONTH, dropped off 8/08/2024 and was not finished until 9/03/2024, to do recall that was stated to take 3 hours to do. 3 hour job took almost 4 weeks to do….
