Dropped my car off Friday's night for Saturday morning appointment for oil change, tire rotation and recall fixes. I got a missed call at 4:53pm without a message or text. showed up at the dealership at 5:40pm and of course, they're closed at 5pm on Saturday. Now I don't have my car rest of Saturday, Sunday and missed work on Monday's morning! I hate this place, Finance dept tricked me into buying the service contract, otherwise, I'd never be here. More
