Vehicle was there for scheduled recall repairs and several under warranty issues. It was scheduled a month in advance. We made addition inquiries to Shannon’s voicemail for several more days and didn’t hear from her. On day 7, we called again and finally were able to talk with Shannon who spun a story about someone failing to timely order the parts needed for the recall repairs and then once ordered, the items were lost in transit and had to be reordered. She said she hoped the parts would arrive soon and the work would be completed. We asked how something that was scheduled a month in advance wasn’t ordered or received timely, then gets lost, and why she didn’t return our calls for several days for an update. She didn’t have a good response. The 8th day, we received a call from Shannon saying the parts were found and the work was completed and we could pick up our vehicle. When we arrived to get our vehicle and spoke with Shannon, we didn’t receive any further explanation or apology. More
