My experience with the service center was turning into a bad one until Carina Thompson took over and saved the day. Chris Dickerson does not communicate well. I first tried texting since he told me that was the best way to contact him. Well, when those went unanswered, I started calling and every time I was told he would call me back. That never happened and I had called so many times I asked my daughter to stop by because I needed to know what was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be done. The only response I got from him was a text stating the vehicle needed a tune up. Wouldn't you know it as it turned out it didn't. Fun fact: I read the Google reviews while I was waiting on a call back and found that communication seems to be the biggest issue with this service department which is why I sent my daughter. The only way my vehicle will ever go back to this service department is if I know for sure that Carina would be the advisor. She explained in detail what was wrong with the vehicle, what needed to be done, and how long it would take. That's all I needed to know in the beginning. More
