Brought truck in for warranty repairs. They told me the problems were caused by damage that warranty won’t cover and quoted me over $7,000. State Farm inspected it and sent it Caliber Coll They told me the problems were caused by damage that warranty won’t cover and quoted me over $7,000. State Farm inspected it and sent it Caliber Collision where all repairs were done for $1,300 and covered by insurance. This is obviously a huge savings. Won’t be going back to Clay Cooley for any maintenance or repairs if needed. Chris was very nice though. More

Talked with Nacho about getting spray in bed liner done. Explained to him I could drop off pickup anytime. He stated to drop it off at my convenience and give them one full day and it will be done. Delivered my pickup on Wednesday at 1pm and called back on Friday morning to retrieve my pickup. I noticed on my ford connect that the truck has never left the dealership. Nacho called me back and said it would be late that afternoon before they could be finished with it. I then noticed about thirty minutes later the truck had changed locations and nacho said truck would be ready at 3:30 pm . I arrived at 4 pm and truck was not there and still at spray bed location. We waited until 5:45 pm before my truck was returned. I also told Nacho I had 2 recalls and he said he would get them checked out. At time I got ready to leave at nearly 6 pm he stated that they didn’t have time to check on the recalls and to reschedule at a later date. I live in Wylie Texas and it’s not convenient to just drive to clay Cooley all the time. This is the second vehicle I have purchased in 4 years from the Clay Cooley family and I’m not ever going to use clay Cooley ford in Arlington again.
