Over 2 hours I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change and was there 10 minutes early. Only to leave at 1:07pm. Ridiculous. No apology from the service guy and he never once came to tell Me why it was taking so long until I talked to the manager at 12:30pm.The manager did give Me a voucher for a free car wash but I threw it in the trash because I am never going back.
