Lincoln Style Service As Expected This will not take long as the event did not take long to correct. Late Friday evening I found that my battery was dead in my 2016 Lincoln MKS. My trusted service advisor, Jason Kubika, gave me the number to Lincoln's Roadside Assistance. They were at my home within thirty minutes. I had a meeting in Dallas the next morning and I quickly drove to Don Davis Lincoln Service. Jason had them test my battery with a small tester and it showed to be okay. However when I started to leave I had a weak attempt to turn over. It was close to closing time and Jason got me in and out of there just before closing. Excellent job Jason More

Oil Change I called and SCHEDULED an oil change. Upon arriving the person I was told to ask for wasn't there. The guy that did finally help told me it was going I called and SCHEDULED an oil change. Upon arriving the person I was told to ask for wasn't there. The guy that did finally help told me it was going to be about 2 hours. When I asked why, he said that's how long it ALWAYS takes. I told him I couldn't wait around for 2 hours he had my car pulled around and sent me on my way. No apologies or anything! Went down the road and got my oil changed. In and out in less that 30 minutes! More
