Oil change and tire rotation. Jason is great! But when you have an appointment set ahead of time, arrive 10 minutes early, and it takes 3.5 hours for your car to be done (with Jason is great! But when you have an appointment set ahead of time, arrive 10 minutes early, and it takes 3.5 hours for your car to be done (without a car wash), there are no excuses. I was told no more that 1.5 hours when I set the appointment and Jason said it might take 2 hr, but 3.5 hours is rediculous and unprofessional. More

This time it was suppose to take two hours or so. I called after an hour and a half and was told 45 minutes more. Came back in after 45 minutes and waited another hour and fifteen minutes. They need to change the sign outside from Quick Lube to Slow Lube. More

The staff was very nice but I didn't get any compensation for the lengthy time. Overall the guy that helped me was the only reason I kept a smile on my face. He was nice and very funny. More

Employee checked me in and advised if they find a nail they can repair for $15.00 generally. If it is more or they find any other issue they would give me a call. He asked if I was waiting and I advised no I can pick it up after work. I got a ride from a fellow co-worker and went to my office. I never received a call so just assumed it was as he told me a nail in the tire. I arrived at the dealership around 5:10 PM to pick up car. To my surprise they had never looked at my car and advised it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. After 1 hour my car was delivered to the parking lot in a pouring rain storm. I was given paperwork to sign and advised there was no nail and no charge. I was also advised that it looked like I needed new tires. Well at a tire a day I would not have time to leave my car with you for four days so I will go elsewhere to replace my tires. If you had worked on my car during the day and advised I needed tires I would have had you replace. Also in August I had a appointment on a Saturday to have my oil changed and my car inspected. When I arrived then I was told there was a 3 hour wait time. Obviously I have a different definition of the reason for scheduling the appointment, to omit the wait time. Also I would have thought the fact that I needed new tires would have been noticed then. So now twice you missed the opportunity to sell me four tires. Don Davis is an institution in Arlington and I am very disappointed with my last two visits. I brushed the first one off as everyone in business has bad days, but now I am beginning to see a pattern that will have an affect on my decision to continue to due business with your location in Arlington, TX. Jason has always been very informative in all my previous service stays, On September 6 around 8AM, I called to check on my car and the young lady in service informed me that Jason had gone home sick the afternoon of September 5 and was not in today. She tried to connect me with someone to assist me. No call back. Again at 10 AM the same young lady did her best to connect me with someone. No call back. Again at noon, same scenario but she was able to connect me with one of the other service advisors who indicated the completed work order had been placed on Jason's desk late on September 6. It seems unusual that someone didn't follow up with the service advisor out sick. Jason normally keeps us well informed More
