UNIQUE PROBLEM FULLY SOLVED I had called Jason Kubika, the Lincoln service advisor and told him that I thought my touch screen was haunted. After a slight pause, he asked what t I had called Jason Kubika, the Lincoln service advisor and told him that I thought my touch screen was haunted. After a slight pause, he asked what the problem was. I was having problems with using the screen in that I would touch it for one thing and it would change from Sirius to an AM station. There were also other problems. He scheduled an appointment for me and when I arrived, there was a new Lincoln loaner with a full tank of gas waiting for me. Jason called me later to follow up and said their were some updates and software issues that were being resolved and I should come back around 5:30. When I got there, Jason explained what was done and handed me my keys. My problems were solved and my car was washed. Thanks Jason! More

third time was not a charm this was my 3rd car to get from Don davis but my first and last from don davis ford. they will tell you anything to buy a car. the service center is h this was my 3rd car to get from Don davis but my first and last from don davis ford. they will tell you anything to buy a car. the service center is horrible and im not excited that my oil changes have to be with them i dont trust them. i was told from day 1 i would get a tire rotation and they did not do the sale wash. i took my car back and waited 2 hours for them to tell me they would not rotate the tires for free. then went back per the sales man request and they had my jeep for 5 hours, come out and the tires are not rotated and not detailed. i had to go back home and come back 2 hours later and wasted 2 Saturdays in a row on their service depo. also my spare tire does not even fit my vehicles other tires and i had to get one on my own. they had a tire cover over it so we couldnt tell it didnt match until later and they refused to replace it. again 1st and last time ill buy a car from here. More

ALL THE REST OF THE PERSONNEL WE INTERACTED WITH HAD TO BE APPROACHED BY US. THE MAJORITY OF THEIR ANSWERS WERE TO TELL US TO GO TO SO-AND-SO FOR THAT ANSWER. WE EXPRESSED THAT WE WERE SORT OF LIMITED IN TIME AND WERE ASSURRED THAT WHEN OUR VEHICLE WAS READY, WE WOULD BE NOTIFIED. DIDN'T HAPPEN. WE WALKED OUT TO FIND IT IN THE RECEIVING AREA WITH NO-ONE IN SIGHT. ETC., ETC. More
