I took car in for losing antifreeze. . left my car Sunday and picked it up on Monday due to hose being on back order .. I purchased my vehicle on a Saturday and on Monday it started making a noise under the hood. I drove it for a couple of weeks to see if the noise would stop. When I called to make an appointment to take my car in I was told that I had to go through my sales person because I had only had the war for 3 weeks. I walled my sales person and he was great. He told me to take my car in the next day but to take it to the service department and have them call me. When I arrived the service attendant told me that I needed an appointment and I told him that I tried to schedule one but I was told I had to go through the sales person. Again he told me that I should have scheduled an appointment. I had him contact my sales person and my sales person is the one that was gracious and kind enough to make sure I got the service that I needed. My experience with the Don Davis service department has been horrible the last few times I took my car/cars in for service. They are rude and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. More
