I took my my truck to Don Davis Ford service department with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After reading the service receipt I find out that they could not duplicate the problem I am having. I called to talk with Marc Prestwood and left him a voicemail and I’m still awaiting a response. My truck was on the dealer for more than 10 days for a TPMS light, Also when I purchase the truck I bought the service plan but what for my surprise I check the in cabin filter and the air filter and they TPMS light, Also when I purchase the truck I bought the service plan but what for my surprise I check the in cabin filter and the air filter and they were not replaced, my truck have 20.000 miles.
