Don Davis made the process painless, did a great job, and did more than I expected to keep my business. A few extra miles is a very small concession for quality. Great service with a smile. Before I begin let me just say that this was without a doubt the best service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Normally getting an appoin Before I begin let me just say that this was without a doubt the best service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Normally getting an appointment would be a hassle and the service would take a week at the least. Excuses would be given as to why its taken so long to complete the repair and I would have been forced to wait while my vehicle was being held hostage. I expected no different from Don Davis ford and Steven Lynn although I soon found I was mistaken. Steven assured me with complete confidence that the repairs would be done no later than the 14th. To make sure this happened he and the rest of the service staff strove to make that deadline possible. Due to the diligence of the service staff at Don Davis Ford I will now recommend all my friends and family to them. More

I brought my car in because I had a leaking valve stem -- which I had correctly diagnosed. Unfortunately, when I got there, you didn't have the part that was needed. However, you got the part the next day, returned my car fixed and with a fresh wash, and waived charges. Well done. More
