Ford Recall appt I made an appt for the Ford recall that was issued for my 2018 Taurus. Over 2 hours I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change and was there 10 minutes early. Only to leave at 1:07pm. Ridiculous. "Suggesting" a lot of unnecessary extras This isn't the first time "extras" were offered, but this time I was aware of their tactics. Once again, their "service advisor" advised to do some This isn't the first time "extras" were offered, but this time I was aware of their tactics. Once again, their "service advisor" advised to do some extra-cost stuff, which I declined. The "recommendations" included replace air filter element, "Found engine air filter dirty." The filter had less than 15,000 miles on it and, when I removed the cover, it was pristine! Not a speck of dirt. The "recommendations" included perform 4-wheel alignment. Don Davis aligned all wheels, at my expense, at 30,000 miles (November 24). Scam. Really POed... More
