Repair not tested thoroughly Brought my truck in to deal with an unresponsive touchscreen/Nav system/bluetooth issue. Was told by the technician that this is a known issue, all b Brought my truck in to deal with an unresponsive touchscreen/Nav system/bluetooth issue. Was told by the technician that this is a known issue, all being effected by one faulty part. Truck brought in to investigate, and we were told that this is something that is outsourced, and only serviced on certain days, and also that a part needed to be ordered. I would have thought this information could have been shared ahead of time, since it was a know issue, but alas. Repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time and we were told the truck was ready to be picked up. Went in and picked it up with no issues. Was surprised that the truck did not get a courtesy wash, as I thought that was standard at all dealerships, but I guess it is not. Got in and started driving home, and immediately noticed that my truck still showed no GPS, and the NAV screen didn't know where my truck was (icon was moving erratically). Pulled over to try to connect my bluetooth, which did not work. Called the dealership back and was told our service tech had already left for the day, so I had to leave a message. When he called back the following morning, he spoke to my wife and was able to walk her through doing a master re-set to the NAV system to make it function. As of right now, it seems to be functioning properly, just amazed that we would have to do that ourselves and that the technician who worked on it did not actually test it to see if it worked. More
