Disappointed Service advisor Jody M was a great disappointment. She didn't call with a status update on the progress of repairs when I had to leave my car all day Service advisor Jody M was a great disappointment. She didn't call with a status update on the progress of repairs when I had to leave my car all day at the dealership 3 different times. My last visit she quoted me a price of $600 to replace a leaking transmission gasket but it really cost $130, big difference. She was on vacation so I wasn't able to ask her why the difference. Yet when I spoke to her the day before she told me the things she would do the next day all along knowing she would not be there. Also on 5/12/18 they inspected my brakes and gave my front pads a 6 and color coded them green. On this same day they score my rear brakes a yellow 5. I went back 8/8/18 (3 months later) and had my rear brakes done and they scored my front brakes a yellow 4. The explanation from the service manager was that "it's such a small difference and brakes pads could wear that much after 3700 miles." More
Collision Center repair shop did a fine job! They said what they were going to do and they did it. Very courteous and helpful. They took care of everything. Kept me informed all along the way. Excellent Service Provider I had to have a lot done with regular service, electronics in the steering wheel out of service, and a recall item. Jason, my service adviser kept me I had to have a lot done with regular service, electronics in the steering wheel out of service, and a recall item. Jason, my service adviser kept me informed of the progress. When parts were not available in a timely manner I was provided with a loaner vehicle. I would recommend Don Davis Ford to all. More
Much better than the last service visit Overall this 20,000 mile service went well. Our 15,000 mile service which included a check for squeaky rear breaks took 5 days.
