I can always go to Grand Prairie Ford even though it’s a longer distance to drive I’ve always been treated well by them and their staff keeps me up to date on a daily basis as to what is happening to my vehicle. Oil Change with appointment. I had an appointment to change my oil at 9:30. Oil change should be rather easy and fairly quick especially with an app. My change took over 1 1/2 hrs I had an appointment to change my oil at 9:30. People with an appt should go in front of walk ins. Service writer was unacceptable. More

Oil change and tire rotation. Jason is great! But when you have an appointment set ahead of time, arrive 10 minutes early, and it takes 3.5 hours for your car to be done (with Jason is great! 3 1/2 hour oil change I've had my oil changed at Don Davis for 2 years and never had to wait for more than an hour and a half. This time it was suppose to take two hours or I've had my oil changed at Don Davis for 2 years and never had to wait for more than an hour and a half. This time it was suppose to take two hours or so. I called after an hour and a half and was told 45 minutes more. Came back in after 45 minutes and waited another hour and fifteen minutes. They need to change the sign outside from Quick Lube to Slow Lube. More

Long wait I went in to get my brakes done and he said it will take 2 hrs. It took 5 hours to fix. I had my 10 yr old with me and she was tired and hungry.
