Horrible Couldn’t find any problem with my car after it sat up there for a week!!! And then charged me $100 dollars and still couldn’t find the problem!!! Slow show I have had my 2011 F350 6.7 diesel services at Don Davis Ford since I bought it new, at your dealership. In past events I would go to the truck center I have had my 2011 F350 6.7 diesel services at Don Davis Ford since I bought it new, at your dealership. In past events I would go to the truck center check it in, walked around your dealership looking at new vehicles and in approximately 45minutes it was ready. This time I had to check in (pre-arranges time 7am), I arrived there at 6:45am. Pulled into check in area at 7:15ish and by 7:20 handed key to service writer, who was very friendly. Now, two hours later I go back out to service check in area, find my guy, who advisers they are just pulling my truck around. And before you think it was some big service event it was a oil/filter change and fuel filter change.... time spent there is totally unacceptable!!!!! More
Not very good I have been to DD Ford many times for general maintenance and a few repairs. The worst wait time has been 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotate. I have been to DD Ford many times for general maintenance and a few repairs. The worst wait time has been 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotate. This time is was 2 hrs and 20 min. I had 2 requests for the service advisor one was to make sure the tires were properly inflated because on previous visits they did not check the other was a good description of the brakes. When they were finished I had to return to get the tires filled and the brake inspection was ok. I was also there to follow up on leasing a vehicle for my wife because I had been happy with the service before. But now I don't know for a dealership that prides themselves on service??? More

However, I do have a complaint about the Lincoln design of my car. I have had several cars, all with glove boxes, but none of the glove boxes were as delicate as the one in my Continental and could easily be disabled by "excessive" pressure, as I was informed happened with mine. I have been advised that the repair of my glove box is not covered by my warranty and that I will have to pay for it. I refuse to pay for what is obviously a design flaw and will just have to live with a faulty glove box. More

Pre-paid service was an inconvenience for service advisor 1) No more morning appointments for oil changes. Service did not started until 5:05. 3) Shortly thereafter I was told that they were out of synthetic oil; service was delayed for 45 additional minutes. Synthetic oil was specified in the appointment. We have purchased three vehicles from Don Davis-2 with pre-paid service plans. I was told when purchasing the plan we could schedule service at anytime. The service advisor’s attitude made it clear that my service appointment was a nuisance, and he had more pressing issues. When I expressed my frustration I was told “at least you are getting your oil changed” before he walked away. My wife’s experience taking her vehicle into Sewell for service is so very different. They actually seem happy that she is a customer. #DefinitelyNotSewell More
