I was charged for a service asked for, but not performed. I caught the fact that service was not done after looking at charges. I will not be returning to this dealership. I bought a 40,000$ truck an the same day it was having engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was m engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was my only option which messed up credit again . I was lied to numerous times along with that there was too much miscommunication. It was very unprofessional and along with that I feel there should've at least been a complementary cleaning of my car due too much miscommunication. Progress tracker said car would ready ready Friday at 6pm. Called service advisor at 11:59 am next day for an update. She finally called me 10 minutes before closing Saturday my car was ready but you wer 6pm. Called service advisor at 11:59 am next day for an update.
