My service tech was amazing, kept me up to date and informed as best HE could. The parts department on the other hand not so much. The service advisor did not explain all the associated costs prior to servicing the vehicle. I also was not informed of the details of the cost until all work was completed which included services that I costs prior to servicing the vehicle.
